If any product fails to meet your expectations for any reason, it may be returned through Flint River Ranch's 30-day Return Policy explained below:
Flint River Ranch will refund full product value, less 15% for original shipping charge, for returns made within 30 days of customer receipt of order. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for return shipping to the closest regional warehouse location. Please include a copy of original invoice and statement for reason of return. All "Automatic Shipments" returned will result in the cancellation of future Auto-Ships. Contact Flint River Ranch to reinstate your adjusted Auto-Ship schedule. No refunds will be issued after 30 days of customer receipt of Flint River Ranch products.
