This newsletter is such fun! It is so exciting to find so much good
information on the internet to help our animals and those who don't have a
home. You can learn about so many things in the comfort of your home.
Although we've been on the internet for 15 months now, it is still a
fascinating experience to think about what is available to us. I'm not a
computer lover, but I do like to find answers quickly because I'm not the
dig-in type of researcher that my sweet hubby is.
I had somebody ask me about how to deskunk a dog. I hadn't had that
experience before and so I sent them a bunch of URLs where I figured they
could find an answer. Only 15 minutes later, an email came across my
desktop from somebody else that had the answer. I never even asked! I

Although I am a very strong supporter of Spay/Neuter Programs, there are
people who ask about herbs for pregnancy.
Red Raspberry leaf administered daily throughout a pet's pregnancy (mammals)
will help tone the uterus and aid in the healing of the uterus after birth.
It keeps the blood healthy, and helps to stimulate milk production in the
mammaries.
Marshmallow or Blessed Thistle are herbs that will help to increase and
enrich milk if that is a problem.

THREE - Chasing the Fleas Away
Thus named because of the three herbs in the formula: Alfalfa, Dandelion
and Kelp. These herbs are rich in vitamins and minerals which helps to
correct dietary deficiencies.
When an animal's blood is healthy and clean, it doesn't attract parasites,
such as fleas. It's similar to the concept of a clean trash can not
attracting maggots. The trash can (or body) has to be "dirty" before
it
will attract parasites.
Alfalfa enriches the bloodstream. Dandelion is a liver cleanser and builder
and supports the kidney function also. Since the liver and the kidneys
filter the blood, it's important to have them healthy. Kelp is rich in
trace minerals and feeds the glandular system which helps to provide a shiny
coat and healthy skin.
People have used Combination THREE along with GARLIC as a flea program.
Garlic is high in sulphur which fleas do not like. As the THREE cleans up
the blood and enriches the nutrition of the animal, the GARLIC is excreted
through the skin to repel the fleas until the body is cleaner and healthy
enough to repel the fleas itself.
