** DONNA'S COMMENTS **
Not related to pets unless you're buying for your animals online, but something
that has made our life easier in exchanging money on the internet, is PayPal.com.
We use this in our business and it's been a great free service. Since we get $5
for any referral, I mention it to you since these kinds of things help to provide
a bit of income for the time it takes to compile these weekly newsletters.
PayPal.com is a completely free service that lets users send money to anyone with
an email address. PayPal charges the money to an existing credit card or bank
checking account. It's faster, safer and easier than mailing a personal check.
Great for auctions!
When you complete registration, PayPal gives you $5 in your account! Signing up
is quick, easy and you can request a check to be mailed to you at any time. No
strings attached. If you're interested, check it out:

Have a blessed week!

** HEALTH/HERBAL INFO **
HYPOTHYROIDISM
Various herbs can be used to help this problem:
KELP is rich in iodine and promotes glandular health and helps to regulate the
metabolism. Iodine is also required by the pituitary, adrenal and pineal glands.
IRISH MOSS helps to clean and strengthen the cell structure, it also contains
iodine to help build up the glandular production.
PARSLEY has an overall tonic effect as well as an ability to increase disease
resistance.
BLACK WALNUT hulls are one of the best sources of iodine found in land- based
flora. This portion of the plant also contains potassium, which helps regulate
excess salt in the body. If there is a parasite problem with the thyroid, this
will address it.
All of these herbs and more can be found in a great thyroid product called, Thyroid
Activator. You can read more at:

DOG CRATES - IS IT CAGING THE ANIMAL?
Providing your puppy or dog with an indoor kennel crate can satisfy many dogs'
need for a den-like enclosure. Besides being an effective housebreaking tool (because
it takes advantage of the dog's natural reluctance to soil its sleeping place),
it can also help to reduce separation anxiety, to prevent destructive behavior
(such as chewing furniture), to keep a puppy away from potentially dangerous household
items (i.e., poisons, electrical wires, etc.), and to serve as a mobile indoor
dog house which can be moved from room to room whenever necessary.

CORNSILK
Yes, this is really the silk from the corn that you throw away when you're
shucking it. It has a useful purpose.
This "herb" is useful for people and pets for bedwetting, incontinence,
leakage, strengthening the bladder, painful urination, soothing, helpful for many
bladder and kidney problems.
